About the index
The Israeli web's newest arrivals, on the record.
IL Sites independently observes newly launched Israeli websites and turns fresh public signals into a searchable record.
IL Sites is an index of newly launched Israeli websites. Most of them show up quietly: no press release, no launch post, no announcement anywhere. We look for them anyway.
A launch is an early signal.
A new site can mean a company starting, a product hitting the market, or an established business trying something different. Catching it early gives founders, agencies and researchers a more current view of what’s taking shape online.
More than what gets submitted.
Plenty of launch directories only know about a site because the founder posted it. IL Sites also finds the ones nobody announced. That makes for a wider view of the Israeli web than a submission queue can give you.
Not just startups.
The index covers online shops, local businesses, publications, agencies, portfolios, software and independent projects. What matters is that the site is public and looks ready for visitors. Company stage doesn’t come into it.
Useful from a few angles.
Founders can see what other people are building. Agencies can spot a business right when it’s getting going. Researchers can track activity by category. And everyone else gets to browse a corner of the web they’d never have stumbled on.
A record, not a claim.
IL Sites logs when it first saw a site live. The site may well have been up before that, so treat the date as evidence of when we noticed, not a claim about when it launched.
The same launch can be a new brand to discover, a company to watch, a potential customer, or a market shift worth noting.
